The payoff: An exotic fruit salad that’s sweet and spicy.
INGREDIENTS
5 pieces Spring Home Roti Paratha
1 clove Garlic
5 medium sized Chillies
2 Tbs Roasted peanuts, coarsely ground
30g Dried shrimp
1 Long bean chopped into 1cm pieces
2 Tbs Lime juice
1 Tbs Fish sauce
2 Tbs Brown sugar
Mixed Fruits (black grape, guava, mango, green and red apple) cut all into cubes: 250gram
PREPARATION
Fry frozen Spring Home Roti Paratha until crispy. Cut into triangle shapes and set aside.
Pound garlic and chilli. Add in dried shrimp and peanut and continue pounding until coarsely ground.
Add in long bean, lime juice, fish sauce, brown sugar and mix well.
Add mixed fruits and toss to mix.
Serve with the prepared Spring Home Roti Paratha.
