5 pieces Spring Home Roti Paratha
50g Prawn roe
10 Crab sticks
100g Tomato, diced
100g Capsicum, diced
10g Onions, diced
150g Shredded mozzarella cheese
100g Mayonaisse mixed with 10g wasabi paste
Tray for baking (coat with butter)
Preaheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Place prawn eggs, crab stick, tomato cubes, capsicum, onion and mozzarella cheese on frozen Spring Home Roti Paratha.
Add a dash of wasabi salad cream then fold into half. Press together the edges of roti paratha softly and make sure that the edges stick.
Place roti paratha on a tray and bake for about 15 minutes or until roti paratha turns golden brown. Remove from oven and serve.
