Salmon Wellington

Ingredients List

  • Spring Home’ Paratha(slightly thawed)
  • Salmon fillet
  • Stir-fried spinach(seasoned)
  • Cream cheese
  • Egg wash    
  • Coarse black pepper
  • Rosemary(for garnish)

 

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  2. Mix lightly stir-fried spinach with cream cheese.
  3. On a piece of slightly thawed Paratha, gently spread one spoonful of spinach and cream cheese mixture on it.
  4. Place a rectangular piece of salmon fillet on top of the mixture.
  5. Fold in four sides of the Paratha to wrap, starting from the longer side of the salmon fillet.
  6. Turn it over and egg wash the top surface.
  7. Sprinkle some coarse black pepper and garnish with some rosemary leaves.
  8. Bake for 12 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven, cut and serve hot.
