Shrimp Wraps

Ingredients List

  • Spring Home’ Paratha (slightly thawed)
  • Fresh prawns

 

Preparation

  1. Cut a piece of slightly thawed Paratha into 3cm strips.
  2. Shell the fresh prawns and pat them dry slightly.
  3. Using one strip of the cut Paratha, wrap circularly around the prawn beginning from the tail area. Repeat for the rest of the prawns.
  4. Deep-fry the wrapped prawns at 185°C or till it turns golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with your preferred dipping sauce.
