Ingredients List

  • Spring Home Paratha(Slightly thawed)
  • Custard Cream
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Kiwis
  • Cherries
  • Mint Leaves (garnish)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  2. Cut a piece if slightly thawed Paratha into halves.
  3. On one half, place shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses on one side.
  4. On the other half, place strawberry slices and strawberry jam on one side.
  5. Fold the empty side over and seal edges firmly with a fork.
  6. Apply egg wash.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and serve hot.
