Roll, roll, roll them up! A delicious crabby snack!
1. With a knife, gently slit a piece of crab stick from one end to the other and roll it out into two sheets. 2. Taking a sheet of pastry, fold one side upwards till it covers ¾ of the pastry surface. 3. Place two sheets of crab stick onto the folded side of the pastry. 4. Spread a layer of cream cheese on top of the crab stick sheets. 5. Roll the pastry inwards and seal with egg wash. 6. Repeat for the rest. 7. Bake at 190°C for 8 minutes or till golden brown. 8. Remove from oven and serve hot.
*Tip: Covering thawed pastry with a clean damp cloth helps to retain moisture in pastry. *Also available in other sizes for your preference.
