Plain Crunch 1. Apply a thin layer of egg wash evenly across one pastry sheet. 2. Using one chopstick, roll the sheet of pastry in loosely, beginning from one of its edges. 3. With a pair of scissors, cut diagonally into 3cm pieces. 4. Bake them at 190°C for 6 minutes or till golden brown. 5. Remove from oven and sprinkle icing sugar before serving. Cinnamon Crunch 1. Apply a thin layer of egg wash evenly across one pastry sheet. 2. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar across the pastry sheet. 3. Using one chopstick, roll the sheet of pastry in loosely, beginning from one of its edges. 4. Cut diagonally into 3cm pieces. 5. Bake them at 190°C for 6 minutes or till golden brown. 6. Remove from oven and serve.
*Tip: Covering thawed pastry with a clean damp cloth helps to retain moisture in pastry. *Also available in other sizes for your preference.
