A classical Fresh Spring Roll dish that is popular in Singapore and many other Asian countries. Wrap it with Spring Home Spring Roll Pastry for a balanced taste!
1. Fold up an edge of a pastry sheet slightly so that it forms a triangle. 2. On the triangle, place the ingredients in the following sequence: • Spread a small spoonful of sweet chilli sauce • Sprinkle some grated peanuts • Place a few leaves of green and purple lettuces • Place some glass noodles at the bottom • Place strips of carrot, cucumber and capsicum • Atop all the ingredients, place pieces of cooked prawns • Sprinkle some salt and pepper • Place some coriander leaves on top 3. Gently fold in the edges of the pastry and roll it into the shape of a Popiah. 4. Cut and serve.
*Tip: Covering thawed pastry with a clean damp cloth helps to retain moisture in pastry. *Also available in other sizes for your preference.
